Job Description The Facility Project Manager will provide oversight of all facility maintenance and operations at CMI's customer site in Washington, DC. Key Job Functions Responsible for meeting the cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout the contract execution and managing service requests and emergencies Communicate effectively with the customer on project and staffing status Responsible for inspecting preventive maintenance procedures, identifying inadequate performance, and training or re-training personnel on proper procedures, and ensuring that the education and training manual is updated monthly Oversee the operations, staffing and performance, ensuring facility services are delivered that meet or exceed customer guidelines in a high quality, cost effective and timely manner Measure and evaluate productivity, safety and quality, set standards, measure performance, and develop programs for improvement Ensure any required corrective action complies with contract performance Qualifications High school diploma; BA degree preferred At least 3 years of experience managing facility maintenance services at a multi-site federal facility totaling at least 1.7M square feet.
