Looking to make an impact with those involved with the Department of Child Safety? Join SAGE Counseling!  Our treatment programs were developed for families involved in the child-welfare system. Our overall clinical approach is grounded in the evidence-based standards for these populations. SAGE is a dynamic, growing, and friendly agency!

We are actively looking for full-time Family Connections Consultants (FCC) to provide a variety of services to support SAGE clients, including conducting home visits, completing assessments with the families engaged in services, and developing service plans pertaining to goals set by DCS.

This is an in-person position, but allows for some remote duties.

This position allows for a flexible schedule, but must be available nights and weekends, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree of Social Work (BSW) or related behavioral health field required
• AND
• A minimum of 1 (one) year of human services work-related or internship experience required
• Prior experience in In-Home behavioral health services preferred
• Professional documentation and utilization of Electronic Health Record experience highly preferred
• Reliable transportation required , including proof of insurance and clean 5-year driving record; this position may require transportation of children. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required - differential pay available!
