(USA) Operations Manager - Floor (fashion, Import, Jewelry, Regional, Returns, Sam\'s, Wm.com, Hmsc) Position Summary Manage floor operations across multiple areas, driving performance and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and logistics standards. Responsibilities Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally and in writing. Drive and implement the business plan for the area of responsibility to achieve facility goals, including production, quality, safety, and operational improvements. Forecast staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands. Prepare, review, and analyze business reports; use information to identify operational improvements. Monitor compliance with logistics, quality, and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives; develop, distribute, and maintain supporting documentation. Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using judgment or consulting others when needed. Supervise and manage associates and leaders; provide direction, monitor performance, give feedback, identify training needs, and provide learning opportunities. Model company policies and procedures; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates, leaders, and managers. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in business or a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management). At least one year of experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in hiring and promotion across multiple departments. OR at least one year of experience as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager with similar responsibilities. OR three years of experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in hiring and promotion across multiple departments. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings). Preferred Qualifications Financial modeling and analysis. Managing challenging workforce issues. Modeling/forecasting. Preparing and executing budgets. Profit and Loss (P\&L) accountability. Supervising associates. Walmart Logistics Manager experience. Bachelor\'s degrees in Business, Finance, Logistics, Management, or Operations Management. Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly bonuses, regional pay adjustments, and stock options.
