What You'll Do:

• Coordinate logistics for corporate events and trade shows, ensuring all details are flawlessly executed
• Manage promotional merchandise including inventory, distribution, and budgeting
• Support the planning and execution of internal recognition programs and events
• Assist with webinar coordination and technical setup to ensure seamless virtual experiences
• Help track and manage marketing budgets and expenses
• Assist with survey creation, distribution, and results tracking and analysis 
• Provide administrative support for various marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met

What We're Looking For: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field 
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills 
• Initiative to solve problems and use critical thinking skills 
• You're adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats
