Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Real Estate Specialist. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties. Daily tasks include conducting market research, advising clients on real estate transactions, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating on strategic initiatives, developing real property portfolios, and handling any administrative tasks as needed. Responsibilities Conduct market research to inform client decisions. Advise clients on real estate transactions. Negotiate deals and close transactions. Provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate on strategic initiatives and portfolio development. Handle administrative tasks as required. Qualifications Experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate Development. Strong Customer Service and Sales skills. Ability to conduct market research and provide client-focused solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Knowledge of local market trends in San Diego neighborhoods is a plus. Relevant certifications or a valid Real Estate license is highly preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
