This role is essential in ensuring that incoming materials and manufactured products meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in a manufacturing environment./ppSchedule: Monday - Friday *Possible OT on Saturdays*/ppShift: 1st 7:00am - 3:30pm/ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliPerform incoming receiving inspections to verify material compliance./liliConduct first piece inspections to ensure production accuracy./liliAudit in-process and finished products for conformance to specifications./liliFacilitate sorting and segregation of non-conforming parts./liliLead investigations into customer quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions./li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent./li/ulh3Preferred Skills/h3ulliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills./liliAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is a plus./liliGood communication and problem-solving abilities./liliPrior experience in a quality-related role in a manufacturing or industrial setting./li/ulpThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
