Compensation: $175,000-$180,000 + bonus (flexible)


About the Role


We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP Solution Architect to join our growing team. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping organizations maximize the value of their SAP investments while guiding complex digital transformation initiatives.


The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP applications with strong pre-sales, client relationship management, and executive-level communication skills. This role requires the ability to engage business and technology leaders, shape solution strategy, and drive successful customer outcomes from initial engagement through delivery.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements by presenting organizational capabilities, SAP expertise, and transformation strategies.
• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and business leaders.
• Guide customers through SAP transformation journeys and strategic technology initiatives.
• Provide industry and technology insights to help shape customer roadmaps and business outcomes.
• Act as the primary liaison between pre-sales, solutioning, delivery teams, and customer stakeholders.
• Define and own solution strategy, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and business requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on pricing, project scope, architecture decisions, and risk mitigation.
• Lead executive-level discussions with CXOs, SVPs, and senior business leaders.
• Support governance, customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and escalation management activities.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through cross-selling, up-selling, and strategic account development.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop winning transformation proposals and solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect, SAP Enterprise Architect, or similar leadership role.
• Strong expertise with SAP S/4HANA and related SAP applications.
• Demonstrated experience supporting SAP transformation programs and enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Extensive pre-sales, solutioning, and customer engagement experience.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to confidently lead executive-level discussions with CXO, SVP, and senior leadership teams.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements and large-scale transformation pursuits.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to business objectives.
• Proven ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP cloud transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Rise, and SAP ecosystem solutions.
• Experience developing business cases, solution frameworks, and executive presentations.
• Background in consulting, systems integration, or large enterprise transformation programs.
