Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Lead Dining Room Server: * Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization. * Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.

• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Lead and support the dining room team during assigned shifts while ensuring

exceptional service for residents and guests. * Assign server stations, side work, and daily work assignments to dining room staff.

• Coordinate resident and guest seating to ensure efficient and timely service.
• Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring new and existing dining room

team members. * Monitor dining room operations and ensure Community service standards are consistently met. * Serve as the point person in the absence of the Dining Room Manager by assisting with shift operations and problem resolution. * Maintain accurate meal counts, reservations, and additional charges using the Point of Sale (POS) system. * Communicate dining room concerns, staffing needs, and resident requests to Dining Services leadership. * Monitor dining room supplies and report equipment or maintenance concerns promptly. * Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take orders, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items. * Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of serving experience in a restaurant, country club, hotel, senior

living community, or similar hospitality environment preferred.

• Previous Lead Server or Trainer experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and support team members.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
