Transportation Coordinator / Driver

Overview Hourly pay: $17.00 - $20.00 an hour Location: 130 Calo Lane, Lake Ozark, MO 65049 Employment Type: Full-Time |On-Site Join our CALO program supporting adolescents and youth in a structured therapeutic environment. As a Youth Transportation Driver, you'll safely transport students to appointments, admissions, discharges, school-related activities, and other program needs while helping keep daily campus operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, staying organized, and working as part of a team that supports youth behavioral health services. Responsibilities Safely transport adolescents to medical appointments, admissions, discharges, community activities, and other scheduled destinations. Coordinate daily transportation schedules and routes to ensure students arrive on time. Maintain accurate transportation records, schedules, and related documentation. Communicate with residential, clinical, academic, and operations teams regarding transportation needs. Assist with inventory, supplies, and other operational support tasks as needed. Monitor vehicle readiness and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns. Help ensure transportation activities follow program policies and safety requirements. Qualifications Must meet all requirements to transport adolescent clients and operate company vehicles, including maintaining a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record. High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred. Experience in transportation, driving, scheduling, logistics, healthcare, education, or residential programs preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable working in an adolescent residential treatment setting. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
