Local CDL A Flatbed Driver - $27 Per Hour About the Position TransForce is seeking a CDL A Flatbed Driver to support local delivery operations for our client in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home‑daily routes, and the opportunity to work with a driver‑focused team. Pay & Schedule Pay: $27 per hour Schedule: Day shift with start times between 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Hours: 40 hours per week Employment type: Temp-to-perm Start date: August 24, 2026 Equipment: Flatbed equipment with automatic transmission Handling: Strapping only; no tarping required Key Responsibilities Safely operate CDL A flatbed equipment on local routes. Transport steel in accordance with DOT and applicable safety standards. Secure loads using straps and perform required handling tasks. Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip equipment inspections. Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork. Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel. Meet the physical demands of the position. Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License. 4 years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience. Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years. Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements. Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
