Youth & Family Support Navigator

Hoyleton Youth and Family Services is seeking a Family Support Program Specialist to support youth and families in the Family Support Program (FSP). The role focuses on strengthening family stability and linking to community-based services across multiple counties in Illinois. The position involves coordinating services, assisting with FSP applications, and connecting clients to crisis stabilization and clinical services as needed.
