Dishwasher - Part Time
Jekyll & Hyde | 6100 Delmar Boulevard
As a Dishwasher at Jekyll & Hyde, you will be an essential part of our fast-paced kitchen environment. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly by maintaining clean dishes and equipment, which directly supports our front-of-house team and enhances the dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Properly organize and store clean items in their designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station, kitchen floors, sinks, and surrounding work areas.
- Remove trash, recycling, and food waste as needed.
- Follow all sanitation, food-safety, and workplace-safety procedures.
- Keep dishwashing supplies stocked and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and closing duties.
- Support cooks and other kitchen team members when needed.
- Handle restaurant equipment carefully to prevent damage or breakage.
- Complete all assigned opening, shift-change, and closing tasks.
