Must reside 75 miles from the facility to obtain the travel rates. Shift: 645p-715a, every other weekend Required: BLS, ACLS, NIH, Epic experience, 2 years acute inpatient RN experience, IN license at time of submission Please note this unit is transitioning to a mixed acuity unit
