You will drive store sales, support merchandising, manage POS transactions, and help meet performance goals while modeling best practices for the sales team. Ideal candidates bring strong retail or music sales experience, deep passion for music education, and a collaborative, service-driven approach in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
