Lead Expo Position

Job: Lead Expo PositionReports to: Restaurant Manager & HOH SousSummary:At Q39 our passion is to create craveable, memorable dining experiences for all.The Q39 Expo Lead serves as the central communication and coordination point between the Heart of House (HOH) and Front of House (FOH) teams during service. This role is responsible for ensuring food quality, presentation standards, ticket flow, timing, and guest experience are executed at a high level while maintaining urgency, organization, and accountability throughout each shift. The Expo Lead works closely with the Restaurant Chef, Sous Chefs, and leadership team to support operational excellence and consistent execution of the Q39 service standards.1.Responsibilities:Ensure proper plating and presentation standards are maintainedVerify accuracy and completeness of all orders before leaving the expo windowMonitor food quality, temperature, and consistency during peak serviceSupport urgent guest requests, modifications, and allergy communicationIdentify and resolve service bottlenecks quickly to protect the guest experience Maintain efficient flow through expo windows while managing ticket timesCommunicate ticket times and service flow with the HOH teamCoordinate timing and table pacing with FOH staffServe as the primary communication hub between HOH and FOH during serviceMaintain positive energy, urgency, and accountability during servicePhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry plates, trays, and packaging materialsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentIdeal CandidateHighly detail-oriented and organizedStrong communicator with a sense of urgencyTakes pride in execution and presentationThrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Q39-Bbq-Restaurant
