May be required to pick up equipment.This role is key in promoting and adhering to our client's Project Management Methodology, including communication and management of tasks for all phases of the Project Lifecycle. The Senior Project Manager will be held accountable for the following responsibilities:Initiating and managing multiple complex enterprise projects in parallel and with multiple dependenciesPlanning, directing and implementing complex projects on time, within budget and with desired functionality and outcomesProviding project status, reports, performance metrics and other deliverables at each stage of a defined project management methodology to PMO Manager and other managementCreating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsSupporting business and project management staffManaging PMO operational activities, ensuring current, accurate and quality project information across the portfolioIdentifying and managing portfolio risksUsing influence to eliminate bottlenecks and potential resource alignment problemsIdentifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilitiesManaging stakeholders and stakeholder expectationsBuilding strong project teams across multiple divisionsProviding excellent service (internal and external)Effectively managing vendor relationships in accordance with client strategies and directivesDemonstrating a willingness to collaborate and support peers and leadershipSupporting the advancement of the PMO's missionSupporting Portfolio Management that provides a forward-looking picture of project workContinuously improving Project MethodologyProviding input into Project Management Best PracticesEducating Project Management customers and stakeholders on PMO processes and toolsRequirementsTop Skills with 3-5 Years of Experience: Project Management knowledge and experience Solid organization skills Effective communication Leadership Experience with StakeholdersNice to Have: Meeting facilitation Problem solving Effective decision makingBenefitsHourly rate for 1099: $65.00Hourly rate for W2: $44.50Full-Time W2 employees may receive the following benefits: Health and Dental Insurance Life Insurance Short/Long Term Disability Insurance Simple IRA Referral Bonus Employee Assistance ProgramKeystone Consulting, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and is following Wisconsin's Contract Compliance law.
