Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with nurse managers and frontline staff to uncover learning needs and competencies—because great teams start with understanding what everyone needs to succeed!

Design, launch, and evaluate educational programs that actually stick! You'll get creative with methods, measurements, and tools that help your team members crush their learning goals.

Hunt down (or create!) the best teaching tools and instructional materials that make learning engaging and effective.

Keep detailed records of all educational activities and craft reports that showcase the amazing progress your team is making.

SCHEDULE: Days, 24 hours per week. Part Time Benefits Eligible

LOCATION: Henry Ford Providence Southfield Hospital

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of
  hire.
• Preferred 4 years of ER experience

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE REQUIRED:

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
  transfer date.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:

• Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
