Staff/Senior Accountant

We are hiring a 1‑2 year professional with an Accounting degree and experience in accounts payable (AP) to support our finance functions. Job Overview Responsibilities include general ledger month‑end close, journal entry posting, financial statement assistance, cash management, bank reconciliation, and payroll support. Key Responsibilities Assist with month‑end general ledger close and posting of journal entries. Prepare and present financial reports to support decision‑making and forecasting. Coordinate vendor payments and ensure timely invoice settlement. Review and verify invoice accuracy, resolving discrepancies. Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and maintain accurate records. Implement cash‑flow optimization strategies to reduce outstanding balances. Provide routine reports on A/R balances, collections, and credit memos. Qualifications Accounting degree preferred. 1–2 years of experience in AP and general ledger processes. Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze balance sheets and trial balances.
