A brand new restaurant by a Michelin-starred chef, Jungsik Yim. Muje represents 'an untitled work that is constantly evolving.' It begins from an undefined state, without boundaries between country, genre, tradition, or modernity. Different backgrounds and experiences come together and are freely expressed on one table. Muje is a story that is continuously being rewritten, and an experience that is ultimately completed through each guest's interpretation. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who wants to flourish in an environment full of passionate talents! A hard requirement for this position is full time availability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, engaging and knowledgeable service to every guest, anticipating needs and establishing regulars
- Prepare and serve classic and specialty cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar at all times
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with the team to support seamless service
- Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system
- Monitor guest consumption and follow all alcohol service laws and house policies
- Complete opening, closing, and side work with attention to detail
- Uphold the restaurant's standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times
