$125,000 - $200,000 Total annual compensation

• Lead and manage complex family law cases from inception to resolution, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to legal standards.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic case plans that align with their goals and our firm's values.
• Represent clients in court with confidence and professionalism, advocating effectively for their best interests.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and family law residents, fostering a supportive and educational environment.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisement.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and guidance to maintain transparency and trust.
• Work closely with our team to develop innovative solutions for high-conflict litigation challenges, enhancing our firm's reputation for excellence in family law practice.

• Experience in leading complex family law cases from start to finish, ensuring positive client outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team to develop strategic case plans that reflect our firm's values.
• Proven track record of mentoring and guiding junior attorneys, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
• Confidence in representing clients in court, advocating effectively and professionally on their behalf.
• Strong communication skills to maintain open and empathetic dialogue with clients, managing expectations clearly.
• Expertise in conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and decision-making.
• Attention to detail in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards and firm policies.
