Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Travel Occupational Therapist Opportunity

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate occupational therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 2 years current inpatient occupational therapy experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision or assistance.
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need.
• 1 supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment.
• Active American Heart Association BLS or Active American Red Cross.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• 40 hours per week.
• Holidays required if needed.
• Must work holiday blocks if scheduled or needed, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year periods.
• 8 hours non-billable orientation.

Location Highlights

Pittsfield offers access to both cultural venues and outdoor recreation in the Berkshires. The city is home to Barrington Stage Company and Berkshire Museum, and Bousquet Mountain is located about 6 miles south for skiing and hiking. Kennedy Park provides more than 15 miles of trails within city limits, and Pittsfield State Forest sits about 5 miles west with camping, fishing, and Berry Pond. Tanglewood in Lenox is about 12 miles south, and Mount Greylock State Reservation is roughly 20 miles north for scenic drives and summit hiking.
