Overview Registered Nurse – Telemetry, Concord, NH. Start date 09/14/2026 for an 18-week travel assignment. Weekly pay: $2,143–$2,257. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12‑hour nights on a 2x3 schedule. Setting: hospital telemetry unit providing travel coverage across NH as needed. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,143–$2,257 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week Contract duration: 18 weeks Shift: 12‑hour nights, 2x3 schedule Start date: 09/14/2026 Setting: hospital-level telemetry unit; travel assignment within NH Responsibilities Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms; identify and respond to dysrhythmias; document findings accurately in the EMR Administer medications and IV therapies per physician orders; manage patient safety and timely escalation of concerns Conduct ongoing assessments of patients on telemetry, adjusting care plans with the multidisciplinary team Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and allied staff to ensure effective handoffs and patient flow Provide patient and family education relevant to telemetry care, treatment plans, and discharge planning Float to nearby facilities within NH as needed and maintain competency for high-acuity med-surg patients Requirements Active RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact RN license; NHISS required prior to start Licenses verification with all active RN licenses (NURSYS) at submission Up-to-date resume showing 2+ years of experience in Telemetry or the applicable specialty; travel experience documented Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Dysrhythmia examination required during onboarding with an 80% score preferred EMR experience preferred (Cerner); willingness to float to nearby facilities as needed Minimum 1–2 years of medical-surgical experience; willingness to work in a high-acuity telemetry setting; open to Critical Care RNs who are fluent with med-surg ratios and acuity RTO requests must be included at time of submission; valid driver’s license with address matching demographics Benefits and Support Dedicated travel nursing support throughout the assignment 24/7 recruiter and clinical support Fast credentialing process to start on time Nationwide travel opportunities across assignments Extension opportunities if available and approved Onboarding that includes required regulatory and credential checks About Healthforce Healthforce is a nationwide travel healthcare staffing agency connecting travel nurses and allied health professionals with high-quality contract assignments across the United States.
