Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $65,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience.
- Benefits : Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by managing personal lines insurance accounts.
- Handle daily servicing tasks, including policy changes, renewals, and addressing client inquiries.
- Collaborate with insurers to manage accounts effectively.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client needs and resolve issues.
- Optional: Engage in sales activities (no sales quotas required).
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; Life & Health (L&H) license is a bonus.
- Experience : 1-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency with PL Rater software is highly desirable.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A team player with a commitment to long-term growth and success.
- Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
