Parent-Child Instructor and Shift Lead (This is NOT a Summer Position) We are looking for a mature, experienced professional who loves working with our youngest learners (babies and toddlers, 4 months-3 years) and can work weekday mornings plus one weekend morning. Benefits Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Employee discounts Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Training & development Company parties Schedule 25–30 hours per week Morning shifts ONLY Shifts range from 3.5–5 hours Must be available to work all 6 days, Monday - Saturday mornings (required) Compensation $18–$25 per hour (based on experience) What You'll Teach Babies (4–10 months): Sensory exploration, tummy time, bonding Crawlers (10–19 months): Movement circuits, early walking support Toddlers (20–36 months): Confidence building, beginning gymnastics skills You will guide parents and their little ones through movement, music, and play while building trust and community. Your Role Teach engaging parent-child classes for babies and toddlers Lead daily shift operations Provide outstanding customer service Answer phones and assist families with enrollment Sell memberships, classes, camps, and birthday parties Support daily business operations and end-of-shift procedures Build strong relationships with families and children Help create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment Required Qualifications 3–5+ years working with young children (early childhood education, childcare, preschool, or parenting experience valued) Understanding of infant/toddler developmental milestones Weekend availability is essential Adult professional presence Ability to meet physical demands of the role (see below) Physical Requirements Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (holding toddlers, moving equipment) Able to get down on the floor and stand up repeatedly throughout the day Able to demonstrate movement activities (jumping, running, climbing) Able to spot and support children during physical activities Able to remain active and engaged for entire shift (no sitting) Able to participate in all class activities alongside children What Makes You a Good Fit Patient & nurturing with babies and toddlers Warm, outgoing, and naturally connect with families Reliable and responsible Excellent communicator – parents trust your guidance Energetic and physically active throughout your workday Bonus Qualifications Leadership experience or ability to mentor newer team members Background in early childhood education Gymnastics, dance, or children's fitness experience CPR/First Aid certified Why You'll Love It Meaningful work – watch babies and toddlers gain confidence every day Life balance – weekend work + flexible weekday mornings Stay active – get paid to play, move, and sing Professional environment – work with experienced team members Established business – franchise owned/operated since 2019 with 470+ members Ready to apply?
