Job OverviewA law firm seeks a junior to mid-level Tax Associate to join their Private Client practice in Denver, Colorado. The role involves creating and implementing sophisticated wealth transfer plans for high-net-worth individuals and assisting with complex estate and trust administration matters. Duties Create and draft wealth transfer plans for clients. Collaborate on estate and trust administration. Proactively resolve client issues. Conduct legal research and draft documents. Requirements Experience in trust and estate planning. Strong academic background. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Experience in estate planning or related fields preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in Colorado or eligibility to waive in. Skills Strong legal research and writing skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in verbal communication.
