You’ll move between patient interactions and behind-the-scenes updates, keeping information current and priorities clear. Communication is constant—checking in with providers, answering patient questions, and ensuring handoffs are understood. You’ll rely on strong organization to keep the clinic rhythm on track, and attention to detail to make sure notes, forms, and follow-ups are accurate. When plans change—as they often do—you’ll pivot calmly, solve problems in real time, and keep patients feeling supported and respected.Schedule: Monday 8 am–6 pm; Tuesday–Thursday 8 am–5 pm; Friday 8 am–3:30 pm.Northland Health Centers has a Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
