Job Summary:

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. As a vital part of our team, you will deliver safe, timely, and effective nursing care to residents under the direction of an RN or physician.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, timely, and effective nursing care to residents under the direction of an RN or physician

• Monitor patients' health, administer medications, and provide wound care and other treatments

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans

• Support residents and their families with education, comfort, and reassurance

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in Maryland or Multistate

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred - new grads welcome!

• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a heart for service

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
