About This Role The Registered Nurse Per Diem in Ambulatory Care Services Clinic at NYU Langone Health is responsible for delivering patient care with a focus on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Highlights Pay: $65.00/hour Location: New York, NY Facility: NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift What You’ll Do Collect patient healthcare data systematically and on an ongoing basis. Demonstrate knowledge of the NYU Langone Health Core Values. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members. Participate in coordination of unit activities for patient care. Support the mission and standards of the institution and nursing departments. Differentiate professional nursing practice from activities that may be delegated. Participate in Unit Practice Council and Nursing Wide Councils. Engage in quality improvement programs and activities. Maintain awareness of current evidence-based practice. Educate patients and families to facilitate health adjustments.
