Physiatry Staff Physician

Dartmouth Health Cheshire Medical Center, located in Keene, NH, is seeking a board-certified Physiatrist to join its growing rehabilitation services team. Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Pain Medicine Fellowship preferred
• Ability to obtain/maintain New Hampshire medical license
