Senior Collections Specialist

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Senior Collections Specialist with a leading fleet management company that helps large businesses manage their corporate vehicle fleets. They manage more than 600,000 vehicles globally and generate approximately $3 billion in annual revenue. This exciting opportunity is based in Alpharetta, GA, offering a hybrid work environment. The Senior Collections Specialist role is pivotal in managing large portfolios and supporting our client's financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Research accounts to clear and discrepancies (short payment/ misapplications) and questions that arise
• Generates monthly reconciliation report
• Update complex Excel reports daily and keep management updated
• Assist team lead in reviewing the daily work assigned and moving tasks around as needed to ensure all work is completed on time
• Assist with periodic third-party audits, providing support documentation
• Additional ad hoc tasks and projects assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred, but not required
• 5+ years' B2B (consumer) experience collecting on $30m + fortune 500 level portfolios
• Excellent Excel skills (ability to create and use Pivot tables and Lookups) -- they will be used everyday
• Previous experience with a large ERP (i.e. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamic)
