Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: North Hollywood, CA (Onsite) Duration: Contract
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to support product design and development activities for our client, Parker, in North Hollywood, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in mechanical design, 3D modeling, and engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks and CATIA
- Create, modify, and maintain detailed engineering drawings and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and engineering
- Support design reviews, prototyping, and design validation activities
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards, specifications, and internal guidelines
- Assist with engineering change requests and continuous improvement initiatives
