HOME HEALTH AGENCY NEEDS EXPERIENCED ATTENDANT SUPERVISOR FOR DAY TO DAY OPERATION.
- THE SUPERVISOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATION OF SERVICES BETWEEN DOCTORS, PATIENTS, PROVIDERS AND CASEWORKER
- HIRING TRAINING AND ORIENTING NEW PROVIDERS./ATTENDANTS.MUST
- CONDUCTING HOME ADMISSION VISITS ON NEW PATIENTS
- CONDUCTING SUPERVISORY VISITS ON EXISTING PATIENTS
- PROVIDING COVERAGE WHEN PROVIDERS FAIL TO SHOW UP.
- MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF ELECTRONIC VISIT VERIFICATION
- MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE USE OF VESTA SOFTWARE
- MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE USE OF THE HHAEXCHANGE SOFTWARE
- MUST HAVE MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY SKILLS
- PERFORMING OTHER DUTIES ASSIGNED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR.
