Job Description

HOME HEALTH AGENCY NEEDS EXPERIENCED ATTENDANT SUPERVISOR FOR DAY TO DAY OPERATION.

THE SUPERVISOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATION OF SERVICES BETWEEN DOCTORS, PATIENTS, PROVIDERS AND CASEWORKER
HIRING TRAINING AND ORIENTING NEW PROVIDERS./ATTENDANTS.MUST
CONDUCTING HOME ADMISSION VISITS ON NEW PATIENTS
CONDUCTING SUPERVISORY VISITS ON EXISTING PATIENTS
PROVIDING COVERAGE WHEN PROVIDERS FAIL TO SHOW UP.
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF ELECTRONIC VISIT VERIFICATION
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE USE OF VESTA SOFTWARE
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE USE OF THE HHAEXCHANGE SOFTWARE
MUST HAVE MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY SKILLS
PERFORMING OTHER DUTIES ASSIGNED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR.
