Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora’s veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business. MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, serving animal health markets globally.

Available Shifts :

Shift Details:  Monday -Friday 10am to 8:30pm or until finish

Shift Details:  Sunday-Wednesday 10am-8:30pm or until finish

Shift Details: Sunday, 10am to finish, Monday 9am to finish, Tuesday, Wednesday 10am to finish

Pay Details: Pay starting at $19/hr with potential for up to 23.03/hr based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

• Less than 2 years of experience using equipment in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling or a related field required.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.

• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.

• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.

• Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.

• Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.

• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.

• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.

• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.

• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.

• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.

• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
