The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care and be ready to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Unit Information\n \n Number of Beds: 28 \n Number of Staff: 15 \n Patient Ratios: 4:1 \n Type of Staff: \n \n Day Shift: Charge Nurse, 10 RNs, 2-3 Techs, 1 Unit Secretary \n Night Shift: Charge Nurse, 10 RNs, 2-3 Techs, 1 Unit Secretary \n \n Equipment: EMR - Meditech \n Responsibilities\n \n Provide direct patient care in the emergency department. \n Perform critical procedures such as IV starts, blood draws, resuscitation, and EKGs. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. \n Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as needed. \n Qualifications\n \n Required Certifications: \n \n TNCC \n PALS \n ACLS \n BLS \n \n Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute ER experience is required; trauma experience is preferred. \n Best Fit: The candidate should be active and personable, able to interact well with patients and team members. \n Working Conditions\n \n Work schedule includes 4 weekend shifts per month. \n No on-call duties required. \n Dress Code\n Scrubs must be royal blue in color. \n \n Thrive Staffing Job ID 19023641.
