Coordinate with planning stakeholders and senior leaders to support initiatives that will improve planning activities. Serve as the Kinaxis Rapid Response product owner, leading an agile product team, furthering deployment and enhancement of the overall supply chain planning technology solution.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSChampion best-practice approaches and drive user adoption.Ensure end-user support for system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and data/process updates including validation of data interfaces.Lead a team of technical architects & systems analysts responsible for system maintenance, administration, and driving enhancements to meet the needs of the global supply chain planning community.Lead large scale transformational programs and projects related to deployment and enhancement of the Supply Chain Planning solution.Maintain and improve training content, deliver training on platform functionality, processes, and procedures to the user community.Partner with Operations and IT to ensure business priorities are aligned across various technology teams.Provide technical guidance to enable our end-to-end supply chain, including demand planning, S&OP, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.Responsible for establishing and leading key technology providers and integrator relationships.Serve as the Kinaxis Rapid Response Product Owner, leading an agile product team, and transforming business priorities into a backlog of actionable work.Translate complex information into comprehensive, concise, and high-quality business requirements, Leveraging agile project management approaches to ensure the delivery of integrated business solutions.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education/ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.10+ years of professional technical experience with 0-3 years of management experience.Experience with agile project management methodologies and toolsets.Experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and establishing detailed system and functional designs.Knowledge of MRP and Supply Chain planning. preferred.Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or comparable SCP solution. Implementation experience preferred.Experience managing and leading external technology partners and integrators.Experience with SaaS solution ownership and associated integration architectures.Experience driving user adoption across the enterprise in multiple geographies.Demonstrated high level of written, verbal, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Strong presentation skills to communicate information, ideas, and processes in a logical sequence, at a level appropriate to theaudience.Skills and AbilitiesAbility to effectively partner with and influence internal business partners on decision making and technical concepts.Knowledge of how current trends and technology may be used to support business partners.Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data in decision making and strategy development.Ability to generate ideas to improve team efficiency, effectiveness and impact.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
