Project Manager

Become the North American technical expert in the installation process of 3S products, ensuring adherence to company standards and quality. Oversee projects from requirement definition through deployment, managing schedules, scopes, and implementation plans. Collaborate closely with 3S experts and customers to ensure project milestones are met and risks are mitigated. Project Development and Management Maintain detailed project development plans, ensuring all aspects align with time, quality, and budget expectations. Track project progress and make adjustments as necessary. Vendor and Customer Relations Build and maintain favorable relationships with vendors, monitoring their contributions to ensure timely and successful project outcomes. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Sales, R&D, Operations) to support strong customer partnerships and meet all project requirements. Risk and Solution Management Identify potential project risks and develop effective solutions in collaboration with other team members and management, ensuring continuity and successful project execution. Sales and Business Support Work with the Sales team to develop new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts, contributing to both client satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field,. PMP certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. One year of experience in construction management and/or wind turbine projects is preferred. Flexibility in workdays and hours, with potential travel of up to 25%. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
