Embracing a personal approach to insurance sales gives candidates a leg up in this role, which includes developing strategies for promoting all types of new insurance contracts; making changes or additions to existing ones; and collecting key client information for risk profiles used to identify insurance plans for each unique individual. $120,000 - $250,000

• Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients
• Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders
• Set meetings with new and potential clients to listen to their needs, taking into account their financial statuses and stage-of-life priorities, and present insurance plan options tailored to their individual circumstances
• Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
• Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles

• Work exclusive, high-intent leads—no cold calling, no begging for business.
• Meet with clients virtually or over the phone to assess their insurance needs.
• Help families secure financial protection while earning lucrative commissions.
• Leverage a proven system that has helped agents hit six- and seven-figure incomes.
• Operate like a business owner—set your own schedule and control your growth.

• Proven understanding of the insurance industry including insurance products, risk management and any state and federal regulations
• Superb analytical, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills are needed to succeed in this role
• Insurance license required
• Basic computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary
• Some experience with accounting or sales lead software is beneficial
