Avir at Henderson is looking for a dependable and compassionate LVN or RN Charge Nurse to join our nursing team. As a Charge Nurse, you will provide hands-on clinical care, support CNAs, communicate with residents and families, and help ensure each shift runs safely and smoothly. What You'll Do: Provide and oversee high-quality resident care Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents for changes in condition Lead and support CNAs during the shift Communicate with physicians, families, and facility leadership Complete accurate and timely documentation Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning Ensure facility policies and clinical standards are followed What We're Looking For: Current Texas LVN or RN license in good standing Strong leadership and communication skills Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred A dependable, organized, and team-focused approach A commitment to treating residents with dignity and respect Why Join Avir at Henderson?
