At Siemens Healthineers, we are looking for a Quality Systems & Training Specialist who will play an important role in ensuring our employees have the knowledge, training, and resources needed to successfully operate within a highly regulated medical device environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying engaging training content, supporting our Learning Management System, and partnering with teams across the organization to maintain effective and compliant training programs. You will also support audit readiness, training metrics and reporting, Quality Management System initiatives, and process improvement efforts. You are responsible for: Creating, developing, and deploying training content and processes to support Quality and business requirements. Managing employee accounts, training assignments, and user roles within the Learning Management System (LMS). Partnering with cross-functional departments to review, update, and approve training content. Responding to inquiries and requests from business partners regarding training requirements and activities. Generating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly training reports and metrics to support business needs. Preparing training documentation and records to support audit readiness and compliance. Supporting internal and external inspections and audits by providing required training documentation and information. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and special projects, including the automation and optimization of Quality Management System processes. Collaborating with Quality and other functional teams on initiatives designed to improve training effectiveness, compliance, and operational efficiency. This position may suit you best if: Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools used to create and deploy training content, including Articulate and/or Adobe Captivate. Familiarity with SAP as a document control tool. Familiarity with Learn4U or similar Learning Management Systems. Understanding of Quality Management Systems within the medical device industry. Knowledge of applicable medical device quality standards and regulatory requirements, including ISO 13485, MDSAP, MDD, and MDR. Experience supporting internal or external audits and inspections. Experience preparing, analyzing, and communicating training metrics and reports. Interest in process improvement and the automation of Quality System processes. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a regulated environment. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. A minimum of 1 years of experience within the medical device industry. Experience developing training content using authoring tools such as Articulate and/or Adobe Captivate. Experience working within a regulated environment and supporting established training and quality processes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access. The base pay range for this position is: $74,350 - $102,234 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
