- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to identify the needs of potential residents and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that address the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on various aspects of care and troubleshooting
