Payroll Solutions Specialist

Providing customer service support for timesheet and payroll inquiries, the full-time Time & Pay Solutions Specialist will assist employees with timesheet questions, perform timecard corrections, and escalate unresolved issues while working onsite. Key responsibilities Assist employees with timesheet inquiries and perform necessary corrections in the payroll system Provide first-level support and escalate complex issues to the appropriate resources Ensure proper documentation and resolution of customer issues while maintaining compliance with payroll policies Required qualifications High School diploma / GED with 2+ years of timesheet administration or time charging experience in a defense contracting industry Strong working knowledge of time charging and payroll policies and procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work US East Coast hours and overtime as needed for special projects US citizenship with the ability to obtain security clearance
