Responsibilities Create and manage production schedules based on demand, forecasts, and inventory to meet customer service goals. Communicate weekly schedules to manufacturing leads/supervisors, detailing product specifics and priorities. Lead weekly scheduling meetings for approval by Plant Manager and engineering. Monitor production schedules to ensure engineering is ahead of production by at least two weeks. Review and adjust plans based on actual production and capacity utilization. Submit hardware requisitions and maintain records for future reference. Resolve manufacturing delays promptly, communicating with affected departments and implementing action plans. Maintain project files by date and job name. Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager. Requirements Ability to plan and allocate resources effectively. Knowledge of efficient production and manufacturing methods. Strong facilitation and leadership skills for meetings and team management. Analytical and mathematical skills. Ability to interpret technical plans and drawings. Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Bluebeam. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. High School Diploma or equivalent; a two-year degree in business, construction management, or engineering technology preferred. Physical & Working Conditions Frequent walking/standing (4+ hours/day) Office/desk work in a loud environment with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.
