Overview The Marketing and Sales Coordinator position is responsible for creating marketing assets for listings represented by the brokerage team and ensuring they are effectively distributed across relevant channels. In addition, this role plays a key part in managing and executing the company’s content marketing strategy by collaborating with brokers to develop and promote thought leadership content that drives engagement and brand visibility. A core focus of the role is increasing top-of-mind awareness for the company by growing our social media following and overseeing broader marketing initiatives. Additionally, this position enhances the sales capacity and effectiveness of the brokerage team by managing key sales data and executing strategic marketing efforts. This role works closely with brokers to support sales goals by generating actionable tasks from existing data, researching new prospects, and providing targeted next steps that lead to productive sales activity. Role Responsibilities Create content for and manage our company social media accounts and plans. Ensure that the SWA website is optimized and well positioned to represent the firm’s purpose and services. Ensure that all deliverables are aligned with company brand guidelines. Maintain and prioritize an ongoing list of projects and assignments as a member of the house support team activities tracker. Support the team in managing our content marketing efforts. Mine existing data to discover actionable sales activities and create reminders in company CRM for these activities. Collect sales activity data points from brokers and ensure that company CRM is up to date. Ensure that all data and reminders from the “Deal Close-Out” process are accurate and assigned to the appropriate broker in company CRM. Support the brokers' sales-oriented projects such as ScoutSpace reports, Costar reports, stacking plans, pitch decks, representation agreements, and other sales related sales deliverables. Identify new client opportunities by conducting market research. Monitor current SWA contacts for job changes and notify the correct parties of these changes (as part of the brief). Monitor current SWA clients for noteworthy news and events (example: mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, new executive team members, etc.) and notify the correct parties of the news. Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools, creating best practices for optimizing such tools. Support the brokers with pitch decks, market reports, and other sales related marketing collateral. Assist in the organization and execution of SWA hosted events as needed. Develop sales activity and marketing reports and provide these reports to the Executive Team upon request. Ensure that data is accurate and complete in company CRM. This includes but is not limited to ensuring that all lease-expiration dates and other lease-related reminders are updated and accurate with the correct parties tied to the notifications. Complete Real Estate Licensure process, including all post-licensing work. Act in a collaborative manner with Client Services team members to refine and improve our overall approach to excellence, client satisfaction and client outcomes. All other duties as assigned. Ensure that all work efforts align with the expectations of SWA standards. Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year College or university Prior real estate specific experience is preferred but not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong design skills with an emphasis on understanding effective marketing best practices for real estate services Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to brokers Ability to effectively present information and services Our Culture & Core Principles At Scotland Wright Associates, our culture is rooted in the concept of pursuit.
