They are a thriving dental practice, and currently expanding their physical office space to keep up with the growing patient demand. As part of our expansion plans, they are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist with a proven track record of success to join their clinical team. This opportunity is highly lucrative (one associate is making 300K+ annually), and they can fill your schedule rapidly based on current patient count.The Associate Dentist should be well versed in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry including:comprehensive exams and treatment planningcomposite fillingsanterior bondingcrownsveneersbridgeworkRCT (anterior through pre-molar)Invisalign certified (knowledge and experience with a 3D digital scanner is preferred)laser dentistry (diode laser)teeth whitening treatments (Zoom, ICON, Kor)basic photography skills for case presentation and documentation (willing to train advanced photography skills)periodontal scaling and root planningproviding memorable patient experiences (exceptional interpersonal skills)Our client is a fast-paced, PPO insurance based practice that is committed to investing in modern/cutting-edge technology and equipment. All viable candidates must demonstrate the ability to work efficiently, while providing exceptional patient experiences and clinical results.Required Criteria and Experience:DDS or DMD from an accredited dental college/universityNY License (active)Malpractice insurance (active)DEA (preferable but not mandatory)LLC (preferred)2+ years working in a private practice setting (PPO based practice experience preferred)Availability: Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays (must be able to commit to a minimum of 2 per month)Compensation and Benefits:30 to 35% (adjusted daily production)Dedicated assistant for all scheduled working daysCompany issued lab coats w/ logo and name (Medelita brand)401K retirement savings planTeam training events and continuing education courses/seminars (Spear)
