Paint Store Customer Experience Specialist

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail stores by assisting wholesale and retail customers, answering questions, and recommending the right solutions. You will ensure prompt resolution of concerns and maintain product quality and store standards. Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, stocking displays, tinting products, and meeting sales goals.
