Investment Banking Associate - Healthcare Services & IT

Overview We are currently looking for an Investment Banking Associate to join Healthcare Services & IT teams in Boston, MA; New York, NY; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Minneapolis, MN; or San Francisco, CA. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or other related degrees Minimum 3+ years of investment banking experience Experience with M&A transactions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop internal and external relationships Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling Highly motivated, team player with strong attention to detail and an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment Compensation The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $135,000 - $225,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
