Compensation starting at $21/hr Key Responsibilities: As a CSR I, you will: Manage daily customer communications, ensuring every interaction is professional, warm, and friendly. Actively listen to and respond to customer inquiries, confirming understanding of their needs. Utilize a consultative approach to present LES services, highlighting how our solutions meet customer needs and enhance their operations.
