WHO SAYS ROOFING SALES IS JUST FOR THE GUYS? ????????????

Pally Roofing is growing, and we’re looking for women who know how to communicate, connect, hustle, and get things DONE.

Ready to build a successful sales career in an industry you may not have considered?

Pally Roofing is growing, and we’re looking for confident, motivated, people-focused women who are ready to bring their talents to our sales team.

Roofing sales has traditionally been a male-dominated industry, but being successful in sales isn't about fitting a stereotype. It's about connecting with people, building trust, communicating clearly, staying organized, and following through .

If those are your strengths, you may be exactly who we're looking for.

No Roofing Experience? No Problem.

You don't need to come to us knowing everything about roofs.

We can teach roofing. We’re looking for the right people.

If you have experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, real estate, retail, insurance, healthcare, education, or any position where you've learned how to communicate with people and build relationships, many of those skills can translate extremely well into this role.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable meeting new people
• Motivated by goals and results
• A strong communicator and active listener
• Organized and able to follow through
• Competitive while still being a team player
• Willing to learn and grow
• Comfortable working independently
• Passionate about providing an excellent customer experience
• Ready to challenge herself and try something new

What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative with Pally Roofing, you'll help homeowners navigate an important decision about their home.

You'll build relationships with customers, explain their options, answer questions, follow up throughout the sales process, and work alongside our team to create a 5-star customer experience from the first conversation through the completion of the project.

This isn't about being a pushy salesperson.

It's about becoming someone homeowners know they can trust.

Why Pally Roofing?

We're building more than roofs. We're building a company people are proud to work for.

At Pally Roofing, we want our salespeople to have the opportunity to grow professionally, increase their earning potential, develop new skills, and become an important part of our team.

We believe great salespeople come from many different backgrounds. If you've never pictured yourself working in the roofing industry, we encourage you to take another look.

You might be surprised by how well your skills fit.

This Could Be a Great Fit If You…

Women Belong in Roofing Sales, Too.

If you've ever thought, "I could probably be really good at sales if someone gave me the opportunity," this could be that opportunity.

You don't have to be a roofing expert on day one.

Bring your confidence, personality, professionalism, work ethic, and willingness to learn , and we'll help you build from there.
