Litigation Attorney (5+ Years – Construction Focus) Opportunity for Equity Partner

A well-established Sacramento law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its growing team, with a focus on construction-related matters. This role offers a mix of construction, business, employment, and real estate litigation, along with strong growth potential

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction and business litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Appear in court, depositions, and hearings

• Advise clients on construction disputes and related legal issues

• Collaborate with partners on litigation strategy

Requirements:

• Active California Bar license

• 5+ years of civil or construction litigation experience

• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

• Ability to manage cases independently

• Client-focused with strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

$175,000+ base + bonus
