Responsibilities Perform general grounds maintenance tasks, including porter services, sweeping, watering, emptying trash cans, landscape repairs, and shrub pruning Assist with landscaping installations as needed Participate in seasonal snow removal duties Operate light and heavy equipment under supervision Deliver excellent customer service to clients and visitors Maintain a professional appearance at all times Support the team by performing other related duties as required to achieve department goals Qualifications Motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude Presentable, clean-cut, and able to communicate professionally Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Compensation Starting pay is based on experience, background, and ability.
